A brief introduction to sigma-models
A short introduction to nonlinear sigma-models will be given.The theory will be illustrated by some important examples whichinclude the Poisson sigma model and its generalizations as a part of theAKSZ (Aleksandrov-Kontsevich-Schwarz-Zaboronsky) approach.
