Invitation to C*-algebras of directed graphs
We introduce basic concepts and techniques related toC*-algebras of directed graphs. In particular, we discuss uniquenesstheorems, ideal structure, some measures of (in)finiteness, and theK-theoretical invariants. We will also indicate how graph algebras may begeneralized to "higher dimensions".
