W celu znalezienia cząsteczek wiążących się z celami molekularnymi często wykorzystuje się metody fluorescencyjne ze względu na ich czułość, szybkość i prostotę przeprowadzenia eksperymentu. Coraz większą popularnością w badaniach oddziaływań cieszy się technika polaryzacji fluorescencji, która jest także stosowana w formacie wysokoprzepustowym. Na seminarium zostaną przedstawione przykłady wykorzystania tej techniki w poszukiwaniu inhibitorów.

In order to find the molecules which are bound to the molecular target, the fluorescent techniques are often used because of their sensitivity, simplicity and speed of the experiment. The popularity of the fluorescence polarization technique in the study of interactions is still growing, also in the high throughput format. During the seminar examples will be presented of using the fluorescence polarization to find inhibitors.
