Exact Results in Quantum Theory

While Spin Foam models are mostly restricted to (locally) simplicial complexes, compatibility with canonical Loop Quantum Gravity demands an extension to combinatorially more general building blocks. In this talk I will present proposals for such generalized spin-foam sum descriptions and show how they shed a new light on the implementation of simplicity constraints.
