Status and thoughts on supersymmetry

In this talk, I will present collection of my recent studies on supersymmetry. After a brief introduction to the minimal supersymmetric standard model,I will summaries the status of SUSY searches at the LHC and how the LHC constraint changes if the LSP is a gravitino, instead of a neutralino that is assumed in most LHC analysis. I will then examine whether supersymmetry can explain observed anomalies of the muon and electron g-2, while satisfying the LHC constraints. Finally, I’ll talk about a recent development on the calculation of the gauge coupling unification and related prediction of the proton lifetime, and discuss how low energy SUSY spectrum can be constrained by the proton decay measurements.
